Dr. Tweed has a special interest in Chinese medicine and how it can be integrated into Western veterinary medical practice. She received her Certification in Veterinary Acupuncture in 2017 from the Chi Institute of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine. Anyone who knows Dr. Tweed knows about her obsession with brachycephalic breeds (bulldogs, pugs, and other squishy-faced dogs). Dr. Tweed shares her home with her husband, her stepson, their French Bulldog "Tallulah", and their Doberman Pinscher "Vader". In her spare time, Dr. Tweed's passions include photography, making beaded jewelry, creating shadow box art with animal bones, and composing and playing music on her vintage 1980's Yamaha DX7 synthesizer. Dr. Tweed joined the Lien Animal Clinic team in January 2012.
